How to Return a Product

  1. Sign in to your Koovle.com account.

  2. Navigate to “My Orders” under your account dashboard.

  3. Select the item you wish to return and click “Initiate Return”.

  4. Choose your preferred refund method.

  5. Fill in the Return Form and select your return option:

    • Doorstep Collection – Our pick-up agent collects your item.

    • Drop-off at Collection Point – Deliver your item to the nearest Koovle drop-off location.

Selecting the wrong return mode may lead to cancellation of your return request.

  1. Prepare your package securely with the product in its original, undamaged packaging. Clearly write your order number and return tracking number on the outside.

  2. Hand over your package to the Koovle pick-up agent or drop-off station. Collect the Koovle Return Acknowledgement Slip for your records.


Conditions for Returns

To ensure a successful return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Fashion items may be tried on to check fit.

  • All original tags, manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included.

  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. If delivered in an extra layer of Koovle packaging, return it in the same condition with the return shipping label attached.

  • Do not apply tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

Products returned in inadequate condition may be sent back to the customer at Koovle’s discretion.


Refunds Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified during return initiation.

  • Koovle may take 3–7 business days to process your refund after receiving the returned item.
