Return Policy

● Customers can submit a return request through the Koovle.com app or website within 7 days from the delivery date, only if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete at the time of delivery

● For electrical devices (computers, accessories, home appliances, mobile phones, etc.) that show issues after usage or beyond the 7-day return window, the brand warranty may apply. Customers can contact Koovle support for warranty assistance.

● Products must be returned in the original packaging/box, without any new damage.

● The return must include:

  • Shipping label

  • All original tags

  • Warranty cards

  • User manual

  • Freebies & accessories

● Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn (fashion items may be tried for fitting, but only gently and without visible use)

  • Unwashed, unburnt, and without flaws

● Koovle.com reserves the right to reject refund requests if return conditions are not met.

⚠️ If a return request is rejected, the product will be sent back to the customer within a regular delivery timeline.
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the item will be discarded and no refund will be provided.

Important Notes

  1. Maximum refund timeline excludes weekends and public holidays.

  2. Refund vouchers are sent to the registered email ID on Koovle.com and can only be redeemed using the same email.

  3. Voucher codes can be used only once. Any unused balance cannot be carried forward or refunded.

  4. Cashback received during purchase (if any) will be adjusted with the refund amount.

  5. Voucher refunds cannot be modified once issued.

  6. Mobile wallet or bank refunds will only be processed to the same account used at the time of payment, and the account must be active.

  7. For bKash / Upay / Nagad / Bank refund, the amount will be returned to the original mobile or bank details entered during payment.
