1. INTRODUCTION

Koovle reserves the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, or request updates to personal information without prior notice and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such actions.

C. PLATFORM FOR COMMUNICATION
Koovle acts as a facilitator for transactions on the Site. All purchases occur strictly between the buyer and the seller. Payment processing is handled by the service provider or your bank. Koovle is not a party to these contracts.
D. CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
We strive to ensure the Site is accessible and error-free; however, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary suspensions may occur for maintenance or improvements.
E. LICENSE TO ACCESS THE SITE
By accessing the Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or supervised by a parent/guardian. You are granted a non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal shopping purposes. Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly authorised.

H. CLAIMS AGAINST OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and content on Koovle.com are owned or licensed by Koovle. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
K. DISCLAIMER
Transactions and interactions on the Site are at your own risk. Koovle does not guarantee product quality, accuracy, or legality. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
L. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koovle and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from your breach of these Terms.
M. THIRD-PARTY BUSINESSES
Koovle hosts third-party sellers. We are not responsible for third-party actions, products, or services. Review their terms and privacy policies carefully.
N. COMMUNICATING WITH US

O. LOSSES

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts in Dhaka.

3. CONDITIONS OF SALE (BETWEEN SELLERS AND CUSTOMERS)
A. CONDITIONS RELATED TO SALE
All purchases are transactions directly between you and the seller. Koovle is not responsible for the products or services provided by sellers.
B. THE CONTRACT
Your order is a legal offer. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched. Sellers may cancel orders at their discretion, and refunds will follow Koovle’s refund policy.

E. PRICING, AVAILABILITY, AND ORDER PROCESSING
Prices are in BDT and include VAT.
Items in your cart reflect the most recent prices.
Koovle may cancel orders for mispricing or other reasons. Refunds will follow the refund policy.
Vouchers and Promotions
Refund vouchers may be redeemed only once per account.
Promotional vouchers are non-refundable, single-use, and subject to conditions.
Unauthorised resale or fraudulent use of vouchers is prohibited.
F. RESELLING KOOVLE PRODUCTS
Reselling for business purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
