Koovle.com is a marketplace platform that enables verified sellers to list, sell, and deliver products to customers across Bangladesh. This policy defines seller eligibility, responsibilities, prohibited activities, payment terms, and operational guidelines.

2. Seller Eligibility

To sell on Koovle.com, a seller must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have a registered business entity managed by an adult

  • Complete Koovle.com seller verification (NID/Trade License/Business documents)

  • Provide accurate business, store, and contact information

  • Maintain an active Koovle seller account

3. Product Listing Rules

Sellers must ensure:

  • Listings contain original images or authorized media, free from copyright violations

  • Product descriptions are accurate and not misleading

  • Prices, stock, warranty information, and variations are correctly updated

  • No counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded products are listed

  • Products comply with Bangladesh laws and Koovle.com marketplace standards

4. Prohibited Products & Activities

Sellers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Listing illegal, hazardous, or banned products

  • Selling counterfeit or fake branded goods

  • Manipulating product prices, reviews, or ratings

  • Misusing Koovle.com services for fraudulent purposes

  • Uploading misleading information or duplicate listings

  • Engaging in harassment, threats, or unsafe communication with buyers

Koovle.com reserves the right to remove such listings and take action including account suspension.

5. Order Fulfillment Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Process orders within the defined timeline in seller dashboard

  • Pack products securely to prevent damage

  • Hand over orders to Koovle courier partners (RedX & Est First) or approved logistics

  • Ensure product condition matches the listing at the time of dispatch

  • Include invoice, warranty cards (if any), manuals, and accessories

6. Shipping & Packaging Standards

Koovle.com requires:

  • Products to be packed in proper, secure, and original form packaging

  • Shipping label and tags must not be removed or altered

  • Electronics must be cushioned to avoid transit damage

  • Liquids, glass, and fragile items must be sealed and protected

7. Payment & Settlement Policy

Koovle.com follows a secure seller settlement process:

  • Payments are released after successful delivery confirmation

  • Settlement timelines are shown in seller panel based on category and courier cycle

  • Sellers must provide correct bKash/Nagad/Upay or bank details for payout

  • Any cashback or promotional seller incentives will be adjusted during refund cases

  • During disputes or fraud review, payments may be temporarily held until investigation is completed

8. Commission & Fee Structure

Sellers agree that:

  • Koovle.com may charge a category-based commission per sale

  • Additional fees (logistics, packaging, campaign, service charges) may apply where relevant

  • Commission details will be displayed transparently in seller dashboard

9. Seller Performance Standards

Sellers must maintain:

  • High order success rate

  • Low cancellation and return percentage

  • Positive customer ratings and compliance score

  • Fast response to buyer messages and Koovle support requests

Koovle.com may take action if performance falls below acceptable standards.

10. Order Cancellation Rules

A seller must not:

  • Cancel orders without valid reasons

  • Request customers to cancel orders to avoid commission

Valid cancellation reasons may include:

  • Out of stock

  • Delivery location not serviceable

  • Pricing or technical error (must be reported to Koovle support)

11. Return & Refund Cooperation

Sellers must cooperate when:

  • A customer files a valid return request

  • Koovle.com requests supporting evidence for product issues

  • The product requires warehouse quality check

Refund approval is based on Koovle.com assessment.

12. Data Protection & Communication Rules

Sellers must:

  • Protect customer information

  • Avoid sharing personal data outside Koovle.com order requirements

  • Maintain safe and professional communication

13. Policy Violation & Penalties

If a seller violates this policy, Koovle.com may:

  • Remove product listings

  • Lower seller score or restrict visibility

  • Hold payments temporarily

  • Suspend or permanently deactivate seller account

  • Report to authorities if required by law

14. Policy Updates

Koovle.com may update this Seller Policy anytime. Continued selling after policy updates means the seller accepts the revised terms.


Agreement Acknowledgment

By selling on Koovle.com, the seller confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to follow all marketplace rules and policies.
